Please read these terms carefully before booking or using any services provided by Horizon Travel Experiences.
Welcome to Horizon Travel Experiences. By accessing our website, submitting an inquiry, making a booking, or purchasing any product or service from Horizon Travel Experiences, you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions outlined on this page. These terms apply to all clients, visitors, and users of our services. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our services.
Horizon Travel Experiences is a travel advisory and trip planning business owned and operated by Tiffany Emerson. We provide travel planning services including but not limited to curated group getaways, custom itinerary planning, first-time international travel guidance, and digital travel products.
We operate as an independent travel advisor and are not affiliated with any specific airline, hotel chain, resort brand, or travel provider unless explicitly stated. Our role is to curate and plan elevated travel experiences on behalf of our clients.
All bookings made through Horizon Travel Experiences are subject to availability and confirmation from the relevant travel suppliers. A booking is not confirmed until you have received written confirmation from us and any required deposit or payment has been received.
- A deposit is required to secure your booking. The deposit amount will be communicated during your consultation and varies based on the trip scope and destination.
- Full payment is due by the date specified in your booking agreement. Failure to complete payment by the due date may result in cancellation of your reservation.
- All bookings are subject to the terms and conditions of the individual travel suppliers, including airlines, hotels, and resort properties.
- Prices quoted are based on availability at the time of inquiry and are subject to change until a deposit is received and the booking is confirmed.
Horizon Travel Experiences offers flexible payment plans to make travel accessible for our clients. Payment plans are available on qualifying bookings and are subject to the following conditions.
- A deposit is required to initiate any payment plan and to secure your travel dates and accommodations.
- Payments must be made on the agreed schedule. Missed payments may result in the cancellation of your booking and forfeiture of amounts already paid.
- The final payment must be received no later than the date specified in your booking agreement, which is typically 30 to 60 days before the departure date depending on the supplier requirements.
- Payment plan terms are outlined in your individual booking agreement and may vary by trip type, destination, and supplier.
We understand that life happens. If you need to cancel or make changes to your booking, please notify us as soon as possible in writing via email.
- Cancellations made 60 or more days before the departure date may be eligible for a partial refund depending on the supplier cancellation policy. Deposits are generally non-refundable.
- Cancellations made within 60 days of departure may result in the forfeiture of all payments made, subject to supplier policies.
- Changes to travel dates, destinations, or passenger details are subject to availability and may incur additional fees from travel suppliers.
- Horizon Travel Experiences is not responsible for any losses incurred as a result of cancellations or changes made by travel suppliers, airlines, or other third parties outside of our control.
We strongly recommend that all clients purchase comprehensive travel insurance to protect their investment in the event of unexpected cancellations, illness, or emergencies.
It is the sole responsibility of each traveler to ensure they hold all required travel documents before departure. This includes but is not limited to a valid passport, visa where required, travel insurance, and any health or vaccination documentation required by the destination country.
- Passports must be valid for at least six months beyond your travel return date. This is a requirement for most international destinations.
- Visa requirements vary by destination and nationality. It is the traveler's responsibility to research and obtain any required visas prior to departure.
- Horizon Travel Experiences provides general guidance on documentation but is not responsible for denied boarding or entry due to missing or invalid travel documents.
Horizon Travel Experiences also offers digital products including travel guides, planning resources, and downloadable content. The following terms apply to all digital product purchases.
- All digital products are delivered electronically via email or download link upon purchase.
- Digital products are for personal use only. You may not reproduce, resell, share, or distribute any digital product without express written permission from Horizon Travel Experiences.
- Due to the immediate and downloadable nature of digital products, all sales are final. Please refer to our Refund and Service Policy for more details.
- If you experience a technical issue with your download, please contact us within 48 hours of purchase and we will work to resolve it promptly.
Horizon Travel Experiences acts as an independent travel advisor and coordinator. We are not liable for any injury, loss, damage, accident, delay, or irregularity that may occur during your travel experience that is caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
This includes but is not limited to acts of nature, weather events, strikes, government actions, supplier failures, or any other force majeure event. Our liability is limited to the amount paid directly to Horizon Travel Experiences for our advisory and planning services.
We collect personal information such as your name, email address, phone number, and travel preferences in order to provide our services to you. This information is used solely for the purpose of planning and facilitating your travel experience and communicating with you about your booking or inquiry.
We do not sell or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes. Information may be shared with travel suppliers such as airlines, hotels, and resorts as necessary to complete your booking.
All content on the Horizon Travel Experiences website, including text, images, graphics, digital products, and branding, is the intellectual property of Horizon Travel Experiences and Tiffany Emerson unless otherwise stated. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or use any of our content without written permission.
Horizon Travel Experiences reserves the right to update or modify these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website. Your continued use of our services following any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
